Do you have a minimum booking requirement?
Yes. All in-home and newborn services require a 5-hour minimum per booking. Event childcare requires a 4-hour minimum, and Adventure Days are billed as full-day (16-hour) experiences.
Are your staff CPR-certified and background-checked?
Absolutely. Every care team member is thoroughly vetted, background-checked, CPR/First Aid certified, and trained in emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and luxury service protocols.
Do you offer 24-hour care or overnight support?
Yes. We over overnight care, live-in support, and 24-hour rotational team care for newborn services and in-home childcare.
Our concierge line also provides 24/7 access to a dedicated nurse or doula via phone or text.
How does pricing work?
We over transparent, at-rate pricing per service type.
After 8 hours/day, California law requires time-and-a-half pay.
Full pricing is available on each service page or by request via email. Custom quotes are available for events,
group care, and long-term planning.
Are theme park or activity admission fees included in Adventure Day pricing?
No. Our $2,000 at rate covers staffing, transport, meals, and keepsake media.
Where are you located? Do you serve out-of-state clients?
We are proudly based in California, with caregivers available across the state.
We frequently serve out-of-state families visiting California and offer custom care plans for travel, relocation,
or seasonal stays.
